The login system that handles the member app, client & trial login's is currently experiencing a Distributed Denial Of Service (DDOS) attack.
This is causing some issues for staff trying to login to their GymMaster system, and may cause some disruption to login's of the member app. For staff users, they can work around the issue by navigating directly to their <business>.gymmasteronline.com site in order to login, rather than via the centralized GymMaster login system.
We're working as quickly as we can to mitigate the attack and return service operations to normal.
The Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack on the GymMaster login system appears to have subsided. We have mitigations in place to protect the system from another attack and will be actively monitoring the system for any further issues.
